 SWEEPING
Let us keep your parking lot or warehouse looking great! Our sweeper is capable of picking up most debris found in a
parking lot or warehouse including: pop cans, cigarette butts, paper, sand, and much more. Sweeps can be set up on a schedule
for regular maintenance or done on an as-needed basis. Spring is a popular time for parking lot sweeps--clean up that sand
from ice control over the winter.

GRADE WORK

SEEDING
We offer several solutions for your seeding needs:
Conventional Seeding:
After the finish grade and leveling is complete, grass seed is drilled in the ground and topped
off with a starter fertilizer application.
'The Green Stuff': Hydro seed is a mixture of grass seed, starter fertilizer, tackifiying agent, mulch and
water. The mixture is sprayed on over the prepared soil and dries in 24 hours to form a protective crust on the surface. The
mulch retains moisture, protects the seed from environmental elements, erosion, and facilitates seed germination with
a better germination rate and a less expensive option than sod with faster results than conventional seeding.

Overseeding:
Overseeding is planting grass into established turf. Overseeding is appropriate for bare spots in yards to improve the
density of the turf; the denser the grass is, the harder it is for weeds to grow. Overseeding also aids
in establishing a new variety of grass--in older lawns, the grass varieties used were not designed for today's needs. Overseeding
newer varieties into an established lawn can make it more durable, allowing it to withstand insects, drought, disease and heavy
traffic better.

EROSION & SEDIMENT CONTROL
Keep the soil where it needs to be and from where it should not be. We offer everything: silt fencing, turf
reinforcement mats, erosion control blankets, temporary & permanent seeding, sediment control logs, storm sewer inlet
protection and bonded fiber matrix hydroseeding.
COMMERCIAL SNOW REMOVAL
We offer full-service packages for commercial clients for their winter weather needs. Or, we can tailor a package to
a client's needs. Our services include: clearing sidewalks; clearing parking lots; icemelt applications for sidewalks; sand and
salt applications for parking lot ice control; and, hauling snow off, when required. Our staff is on call 24 hours per day,
7 days per week when winter precipitation is in the forecast.
